Re-wrap Services
Re-wrap services are available through the experts at Precision Drum Company who have more than 50 years of experience installing drum wraps. In addition, plastic drum recovering wrap may also be purchased for do-it-yourself recovering. See our large selection of wraps here. Drums requiring recovering services should be shipped to us with all hardware removed. Further, you may also remove the old drum wrap if you choose. Otherwise, we charge $60 per hour for removing old wraps.
Re-wrap services include:
Applying the wrap to the shell(s).
Blending the wrap into the bearing edges.
Drilling necessary mounting hardware holes through new wrap.
Reinstalling name tag and/or breather hole grommets.
Shipping Your Drum
Please include a note containing your contact information and general instructions on what you would like us to do.
As of February 1, 2019, there will be a bench fee of $20 for repairs on drums that customers send to us. This is for behind-the-scenes labor involved when handling repair jobs. Fee is per box, when more than one shell is included.
To send shells, pack them carefully using crumpled newspapers or packing materials to cushion shells. Nest shells, one inside the other (where possible) using newspapers or cardboard between shells. As a result, the shipping box will be as small as possible.
Above all, be sure to insure your shells for their value.
However, if you are within driving distance of our facility, you may bring us your shells in person. Please call us before coming.
TERMS: Minimum of 50% deposit with order, balance to be paid before shipment. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal, and money orders acceptable as payment. Contact us for shipping charge estimate.
Precision Drum Company, Inc. assumes no liability for damage occurring while shipping drums to us. Safe delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Wrap installation to cover two hoops – $80
The pricing listed on this page is for labor charges only. Add these charges to the cost of recovering wrap for a total cost. Discounts (if eligible) apply to wrap charges only, not to labor. (Note: Additional charges may apply if an old finish needs to be removed).
Place masking tape over any holes not to be drilled through new wrap.
