How To Order

Step 1 Determine what you would like to purchase by browsing our web site or calling us for help. Step 2 List the items you want with their prices. Use our “Shipping & Handling Cost” section to calculate a total cost for your order. Feel free to contact us for help. Step 3 With your list of items and prices, you are ready to contact us to place your order, either by phone or by filling out our online order form. Methods of payment accepted:     Visa, Mastercard, and Discover If possible, please phone us with your credit card number. Otherwise, you may email us your credit card number with expiration date. However, because this is not a secure method, there is a risk in doing so. As a security measure, you may send the first four digits of your credit card number in one email, and all the remaining digits in a second email. Do NOT include the words “credit card, visa, or  mastercard” in the text or subject of the email. PayPal Submit payment by PayPal to: info@precisiondrum.com Please notify us when PayPal payment has been made. The following shipping and handling charges are estimates. Actual charges will be determined when orders are processed. Shipping & Handling  Estimated Prices Merchandise Value Add for shipping Up to $12.00 $5.50 $12.01 - 25.00 $8.00 $25.01 - 50.00 $10.00 $50.01 - 100.00 $13.00 $100.01 - 200.00 $15.00 $200.01 - 300.00 $17.00 $300.01 - 400.00 $20.00 $400.01 - 500.00 $25.00 FOR SHIPMENTS WEST OF THE MISSISSIPPI, ADD 25% TO ABOVE SHIPPING CHARGES. Merchandise will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) unless otherwise specified by customer. Oversized shipments will be charged according to UPS Dimensional Weight Formula. Canadian Orders: Please remit in U.S. funds. Send double the normal postage for SURFACE delivery. Add $4.00 for insurance. Allow at least two weeks for delivery. Overseas Orders: Please remit in U.S. funds. Overseas order will be shipped by AIR-UPS or by AIR-U.S. Postal Service, whichever is the least expensive for the size and weight of the shipment. Return Policy

Merchandise* not meeting your total satisfaction may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Any errors, shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. No refunds will be made after 30 days. Please contact us before making any returns * NO REFUNDS CAN BE MADE ON LABOR OR CUSTOM SHELLS A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns
